Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During drops and high-volume periods, processing times may increase.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts).

International shipping
We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost / stolen packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re happy to provide any info you need to support the claim.
